Tuition Information 2008-2009
TUITION: Tuition for the 2008-2009 school year is $5,500.00 per student.
St. Boniface School uses the Cost Based Tuition-Need Based Tuition
Assistance Plan. The amount that each family pays for tuition is based
upon financial need. This is determined by the Private School Aid Service (PSAS).
An application form is submitted to PSAS for evaluation. When information is
returned from PSAS, tuition assistance and final tuition cost for each
student/family will be determined.
PSAS FORMS: Every family MUST fill out the Private School Aid Service (PSAS)
application form to complete the registration process. The application form and
envelope are included in the registration packet. St. Boniface School
underwrites the cost of this application and there is no additional charge to
families for this service.
REGISTRATION: In order to be assured of attending St. Boniface School for
the next school year, families must complete the registration process. Each
family MUST:
- Complete and return the Application for Registration Form
- Complete and return the PSAS (Private School Aid Service) Form to St.
Boniface School
- Pay the $25.00 Registration Fee.
- (For new students) All school records must be received and
reviewed by St. Boniface School and the Admissions Policy fulfilled.
If any of the above requirements can not be completed at the time of
registration, please notify Principal Sister Ann Gorman, R.S.M. immediately.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Students must be registered by the deadline to
secure a place in their classes for the following school year. The registration
deadline for current strudents/families is typically during the first two weeks
of March. Registration for new students/families begins the first of April.
TUITION ASSISTANCE: St. Boniface School has a Cost Based
Tuition-Need Based Tuition Assistance Policy. This policy assigns tuition
payments and assistance to families based upon their need regardless of race or
creed.
Tuition assistance is available from the following sources:
Ohio EdChoice Scholarship Program
EdChoice Ohio (the state "voucher" program) is available to those
new families to St. Boniface School whose children are coming from
Public School (and Charter Schools who would attend those Public Schools) that
have been in "Academic Emergency" or "Academic Watch" for
the past three years. New families apply to St. Boniface School and students
must first be accepted. The family then applies for these funds from the State
of Ohio. This can be done on-line through the St. Boniface School Website. The
maximum amount provided by these "vouchers" is $4,250.00 per student
per year. Once accepted, these children can receive their vouchers every year
through Grade 12 if they continue to meet all criteria.
Students who receive this tuition assistance are required to take all of
the State Proficiency Tests. For more information, visit the state website at:

Please note: The $25.00 Registration Fee is not included as
part of the Tuition Assistance. It is due at the time of registration. If this
